Whole Chickens
SOLD OUT
--
Thank you so much to all of our customers this season! We have officially sold out of whole chickens. Stay tuned for updates about when our first birds of the 2021 season will be available.
We are a small scale farm located on an island in the Penobscot Bay focused on regenerative and sustainable practices. We moved from Southwest Colorado to beautiful North Haven in the winter of 2018 to start this farm with the goal of reviving the land and selling produce and meat to the local and surrounding communities.
One of our goals for the 2019 season is to grow a bed of garlic. Thanks to the great work of Tom Ashley at Dancing Bear Farm in Leyden, Massachusetts, we were able to plant some beautiful garlic seed in this bed at the top of our our pasture.
Our goal is to be good stewards of the land we have in our care. Our wooded ares, overgrown pond and pasture are areas that we hope to manage, utilize, and make better over the coming years in order to expand our capabilities. Expect to see more about our land management plans as our Woods and Pasture program grows.
Sign up to hear from us about markets, events, and general farm happenings!
The best way to really get to know the farm is to come visit!
We are open for unscheduled visits on weekdays between 11am and 4pm
